The HOME Refugee Steering Committee, as part of their annual refugee and immigrant symposium mounted a new leadership initiative and community development program for a diverse cadre of recent refugee girls and women between 17-24 years of age under the aegis of HOME: Conversations on Forced Displacement,

The women and girls in attendance at the luncheon were from Eritrea, Afghanistan (Pashto & Hazara), Myanmar (Rohingya, Burmese), Congolese, Colombia, Malaysia, and Puerto Rico (if we're doing colonies).
